Do you offer express delivery?

We offer express shipping starting at $15 AUD, available at checkout. This option will prioritise and fast-track the preparation of your order, with the aim to dispatch it from the warehouse on the same day or next business day. If you choose express shipping for a future delivery, we'll prioritise your order and use an express courier service. For further details, please refer to our Shipping Terms.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for changes of mind. Please note that each rose bud and stem may vary slightly in size, shape, and appearance as outlined in each product listing, and that rose colors may appear differently due to lighting conditions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

At Myspecialoccasion, we take pride in hand-crafting our custom arrangements to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event that your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at with attached pictures within 24 hours of receipt, and our team will assist you. Approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be processed using the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing the order since all our products are made to order. Cancellations and refunds are not available for custom floral arrangements or orders that have already been prepared, sent out, or are in transit.

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we don't have a brick-and-mortar store currently. You can only order through our website. If you have questions about a product, please contact us via email at and our team will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our floral arrangements are expertly packaged in custom Myspecialoccasion packaging to ensure safe arrival. All orders come with complimentary shipping insurance covering the full product value. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

For international shipping, we use express courier services and provide tracking information. Delivery time is typically 4 to 13 business days. Please note that international shipments may be affected by flight cancellations, reduced flights, and increased parcel volumes. Every international order requires a signature upon delivery.
